How to use mycase
MyCase is a way to look up any court filings that you may have against you. It allows you to view any cases that you are named in, as well as some important details about the case, such as hearing dates.
MyCase is a website that allows you to look up past and present court case information. It can provide you with the status of your case, as well as any upcoming court cases.
Case Lookup
Click the “Name” tab and search using your first and last name. If you have any reason to believe that your name may have been misspelled, you can check the box next to “Enable sounds-like searching for last, first and/or middle name.”
Hearing Date
In MyCase, you will need to click on your case and scroll down to look for an entry indicating the date of your hearing.
Case dismissed
For your case to be able to be sealed, the case needs to be dismissed. In MyCase, you will need to click on your case and scroll down to look for an entry indicating the case is dismissed.
